& almost 6 weeks old!!!
I'm very behind on this blog but with good reason :)
Emma Grace Johnson was born via c-section on February 21, 2012 at 4:19pm weighing in at 8lbs 3oz!
We are all doing great!! Emma is growing & changing every single day! Matt & I continued to be amazed that we created such a sweet & perfect blessing! We know we couldn't have created anything so special without the Lord's hand & we thank Him!
We have so many more pics to share, but Emma's waking up from her nap so this is gonna be all for now :)
Thanks to everyone who has visited & sent well wishes & prayers our way! They were much needed :)
